Indepth Thoughts

Indepth Thoughts is a website prototype. This website focuses on the idea of having a platform that holds multiple reviews about an artist with a main focus on Hip-Hop and RnB music. Indepth Thoughts allows the user to listen to the artist songs along with allowing the user to give their rating. The data is collected from each rating form submitted and averaged out for the rate that the user sees on the page. The prototype is fully functional and embedded below.

Indepth Thoughts is a music service that allows users to rate their music in a more in-depth manner. This commercial is a quick preview of the app that is underdevelopment for the actual website prototype.

Indepth Thoughts Branding

Persona

This persona was created to help establish a core user for Indepth Thoughts. The ideal user would be in their mid 20s, has a passion for music, and loves to discover new artist. Some professional uses of Indepth Thoughts include a music journalist. 

Logo choices

Five different logo ideas were created for
Indepth Thoughts. Each logo was created the same with small variations of text placement and slight color differences. The logos were tested in a focus group.
