This picture was taken on a trip to Haiti while helping the nonprofit organization , Haitian Heritage and Friends of Haiti.
ArvannaChampagne is a portfolio site for me, Arvanna Smart. I was born in Rochester, NY but grew up in Charlotte, NC. I obtained my B.S. in Public Relations and Journalism at East Carolina University. I was fortunate enough to also obtain my M.A. in Interactive Media at Elon University.
At Elon University, I had the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills which included Adobe Suite software, basic front-end development such as HTML/CSS, SEO strategy, videography, photography, and more.
At both institutions, I was able to hold multiple internships and jobs. I had the chance to work with clients, creative teams, and gain experience working on tight deadlines.
I'm hardworking, passionate, and love working with creative people. When I'm not working on projects, you can find me listening to music, writing, binge watching tv shows, or traveling.
